In-training period from the non-accredited Institutions

On the 02th March 2018 Council resolved that:

In-training of architects who qualify at non-accredited institution is changed from 3 years to 4 years to bring it in line with the in-training period of the Quantity surveyors in-training from non-accredited institutions. (24 additional months for non-accredited institutions)

REINSTATEMENT FEE

On the 19 June 2018 Council resolved that:

All NCAQS members that have been notified that they have been deregistration or that their registration have lapsed, must re-apply to be re-instated and must pay a reinstatement fee of N$5000.00 as well as all outstanding amounts due.

To be amended: Resolution of the 210th Council Board Meeting 2018

Resolution 207.2017.29 is replaced with the following resolution taken at the 209th Board Meeting held on the 19th June 2018:

All Professionals that wish to continue to practice as such after retirement, will remain registered, and will STILL be liable for paying their annual registration fees.

Candidates transcripts

On the 31st August 2018 Council resolved that:

All candidates that wrote the NCAQS APC are not allowed to get their transcripts.
